Accessibility statement
NOONCUP, run by Glenmore, wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
How we test this site
We run axe-core, an automated accessibility engine, against the WCAG 2.2 level A and AA rules on 17 pages: the home page, 2 collection pages, the list of all collections, a product page, the coffee finder, the roasters, learn, coffee glossary, FAQ, contact, shipping and returns pages, the brew guides list, a brew guide, the cart and search results. We test each page in Chrome at desktop width and in WebKit, the browser engine behind Safari, at iPhone size.
Latest results
On October 21, 2026, the engine found 4 problems, and we fixed them the same day:
- Gray label text on the light blue cards of the roasters, learn and brew guides pages was below the WCAG contrast minimum.
- The unselected tab labels on product pages were below the contrast minimum.
- The source links at the end of each brew guide were shorter than the 24-pixel minimum tap target.
- The footer links on phones were shorter than the 24-pixel minimum tap target.
A re-test of the same 17 pages found 1 open item: on phones, the bottom navigation bar can cover a footer link until you scroll further down.
What we have not tested yet
An automated engine checks only part of the WCAG success criteria. We have not yet tested this site with a screen reader or by keyboard alone.
How we fix problems
We fix accessibility problems in the site’s own code. We do not install an accessibility overlay or a plug-in that rewrites pages in your browser. We keep a dated record of each test and each fix.
Content we do not control
Checkout and customer accounts run on Shopify. We do not control their code. When we find an accessibility problem there, we report it to Shopify.
