Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a free return label.
Unopened bags
Start a return within 30 days of delivery through our contact form with your order number. The shipper sends a free return label within 2 days. Your refund goes to the original payment method after the bag reaches the shipper. There is no restocking fee.
Opened bags
Opened bags cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the bag and the box. We send a replacement or a refund.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered and nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We open a claim with the shipper and the carrier.
Cancellations
Contact us right away. We can cancel any part of an order that has not shipped. A shipper can decline once it has started packing or roasting.
